You can send your phone to us using any postal service, but if you are isolating or can’t get to a post office, you can use the Hermes doorstep collection service.
Hermes offers a reliable, affordable service to collect your phone from your home and deliver it to us.
Its very easy to send your phone to us with Hermes. Simply go on their website, fill in a few details, print the label.
If you book the collection before 10PM, a Hermes courier can collect your phone next day.

Once your phone is repaired, we will request payment through Paypal, and you can either collect the phone in store or have the phone posted back to you for a small fee.
