When sending your phone to us for repair, make sure it is packaged well to avoid additional damage during transit. A padded envelope with additional bubble wrap is usually enough. Please only send the handset. We do not need your memory card, sim card or charger.

Payment Information
For Online payments we use PayPal, the world’s leading online payment method. It allows payments to be made securely online using a credit or debit card, or direct debit. When we receive your phone, depending on the repair required, we may send a payment request for an initial diagnosis of the handset. Your phone will be returned to you using your chosen method upon receipt of cleared payment.
