Virus Software issues – If you are seeing annoying pop ups, cleaning apps, pages opening randomly, then this is a virus. We are able to remove the virus from your device. Please note all data may be removed from your device in the procedure
In most cases, we can keep your data on the phone, but we may need to fully wipe the device, so data can be lost. Make sure you keep regular backups of any important data. If we need to fully wipe your device, you will need to sign back into your Google or iCloud accounts to recover any data that has been backed up. If you’re unsure of your account details, please contact either Google or Apple for help.
