This service is available at our Repair Centre and also via our postal service.
Our specialist equipment tests every software & hardware function of your device to detect any faults.
This service is suitable if you are not sure what repair you require or the cost that would be involved.
The fee you pay simply diagnoses the faults.
If there are any repair options available, will give you a breakdown of the parts costs that would be required. Additional postage charges apply for postal repair service.
Royal mail first class recorded delivery is included in the diagnosis fee, or pay an additional £7.75 for Next Day special delivery, or £13.00 for tablets and iPads. Unfortunately we do not offer a postal diagnosis service for laptops and computers.
If you wish to have diagnosis only, you would only pay for return postage, or you can collect the phone from our store.
Alternatively if after your repair you do wish to go ahead and have a repair done, we will continue with the repair. Once the repair is complete and passed all tests, we will contact you and arrange a payment either by Paypal, or cash upon collection.
